A $50 non-refundable application fee (per applicant) is required.

This fee allows us to complete a background screening. While we do not require a specific credit score, we review the following:

• Prior evictions
• Landlord judgments
• Rental-related collections
   

Applicants must have a verifiable gross monthly income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
